They should have recapped the first season and ignored that other recap episode we got. Nothing happened in the anime to warrant a recap, at least this one is placed to give context to all the old characters that will be back in action. So does this mean Fam will now be replaced with the old and better MC? When Kira showed up in destiny, it became pretty focused on him by the end. At least this recap was welcomed, it was nice to get some better context of what happened the first season since I clearly forgot it all. Sigh, 2 recap episodes in a 2 cour anime, that is new. I can't wait to see Alvis summon her Exile and crush the crappy Turan exile ship.
