3DS: August/September Update

The latest news from Nintendo has me excited all over again about their near-future plans for their latest handheld.

After giving us the ability to have Netflix on our lovable 3DS, as well as Internet-access, free (short) 3D videos, downloadable games and more, Nintendo has announced the following updates.

Price Drop!
Nintendo has announced that the 3DS will be lowered to $169.99 on August 12.

Star Fox IN 3D!

New Games!
Star Fox 64 3D will be released on September 9th, Kid Icarus: Uprising comes out this holiday season with Mario Kart 3D expected in November.

Free Games!
Those who already have a 3DS or anyone who gets their hands on one before August 11th will achieve "Ambassador" status and receive 20 free classic games via download from the Nintendo e-shop. This includes the original Legend of Zelda as well as Super Mario Bros.

Additionally, by the end of the year, you will also receive 10 free Gameboy Advance games.

Should say "overclocked", but w/e...

On another note, I'm looking forward to purchasing Devil Survivor Overclock, which is to come out late August.
